I’m Crystal, and I help Creative and Professional Women of Color start brands and businesses, gain clarity and focus, and multiply their streams of revenue.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve transitioned from an Engineer in Corporate America to becoming the CEO and Founder of an established 501c3 nonprofit organization, to becoming a paid Influencer on social media, to running multiple profitable brands online as an entrepreneur and multiplying my streams of revenue. While paving my own path, I simultaneously worked with women of color through Coaching and Mentorship Programs, helping women gain the confidence, tools and strategies they needed to start businesses, monetize their brands online, and increase their revenue.
